- Extracted deal information: customer names, contract values, discounts, payment terms
Slack workspace data
- Workspace identifiers for multi-tenant isolation
- Bot OAuth tokens for authentication
- User IDs for the App Home interface

- Approval thresholds and business rules
- Pricing parameters and margin targets

- Extract deal information from documents using OpenAI GPT-4
- Evaluate deals against your configured approval rules
- Calculate list prices and margins
- Post analysis results to your Slack workspace
Data retention

Data sharing
Document content is sent to OpenAI's GPT-4 API for extraction. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their API data usage policies.
We do not sell or share your information with other third parties.

- OAuth tokens stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage
- Slack request signatures verified
- Workspace data logically isolated
- Documents processed in memory, never written to disk

- View and modify settings through the Slack App Home
- Uninstall the app to delete all stored data
